Our leadership has installed HF, VHF, and satellite communication systems in support of U.S. Army and Air Force customers, and brings over 25 years of field experience in both military and civilian federal environments. On the civilian side, we have successfully completed National Park Service and USDA Forest Service communications infrastructure projects across remote and wilderness environments that most contractors are not equipped to access.

A husband-and-wife team whose complementary backgrounds span academia, military service, and federal program management.
Bryan brings over 25 years of military and federal communications experience to every project. His career spans Army and Air Force active-duty service supporting USCENTCOM and USPACOM operations, and a proven civilian track record across NPS and USFS installations.
As Director of Operations, Bryan leads all technical execution — from site engineering and helicopter logistics planning through field installation and project closeout. His PEPRO certification is the foundation of Intrastellar Solutions' ability to convey the 30-year manufacturer warranty to the Government on qualifying shelter installations.
Dr. Stephanie Bochnowicz is the owner and founder of Intrastellar Solutions LLC. She brings academic rigor, business leadership, and a commitment to organizational discipline that underpins the firm's compliance, quality assurance, and federal registration posture.
As a Woman-Owned Small Business owner and the firm's primary executive, Dr. Bochnowicz oversees company strategy, federal contracting compliance, and the WOSB set-aside certification that — combined with Bryan's SDVOSB eligibility — gives Intrastellar Solutions dual set-aside qualification on a single contract vehicle. Field installation of communications infrastructure across multiple NPS sites in remote and wilderness environments — including helicopter-only summit sites and offshore island locations with no road or vessel dock access. Projects included Pepro shelter installations, solar battery systems, antenna and RF feedline work, and full acceptance testing. One project delivered 10 weeks ahead of schedule with official Notice of Final Acceptance and no corrective actions outstanding.
